GRACE

My brother came back home after his Chemistry paper telling me how much he messed the paper up.
He said it was really easy but one careless mistake cost him a grade.
He was so down. Filled with regret. It was some sort of experiment thing where if u write the wrong thing, all marks will be gone.
Sigh.

Then, he keep telling me how smart I am.
To achieve such good results for SPM and he would be over the moon if he ever gets similar result like mine.

I told him.

'Wouldnt u be happier if u receive something when u dun even deserve it?'

'Yea, I guess.'

Its like u get something without putting effort into it. without earning it.
You know that it doesnt belong to you.
For example, wouldnt u be much happier if you get.. say brand new iphone (*grins* *coughs* ian *coughs* inside joke) without paying for it?
You get it for free. Somehow, the money doesnt flow out from ur pocket.
Wouldnt u be happier than u buying the iphone?
Yea, that's what im talking about.
*If u still dun get what i mean, dun bother*

My point is..
I got my SPM results that I totally do not deserve.
I know I dun deserve it.
But I got it.
I was in shock when I got my results. Haha. It was ages but I remember every single detail of it.
I remember I didn work as hard as vee vien or bratty lee. Not even close.
But my results was just a lil poorer than them. Like an A or two.

That is what I call...

GRACE




You know what?
The good news is GOD is always full of grace.

My SPM results is a result of God's grace.
My driving license is a result of God's grace.
Everything I have is a result of God's grace.

God's grace is amazing.
Though it seems that his grace can be something we constantly take advantage of, He didnt want us to think of it that way.
and He even said..
'My grace is sufficient for You'

So, whatever ur going thru, do remember that His grace is sufficient for you.
Yes, u did a blunder in your paper.
You know you did a BIG MISTAKE.
But hey, our God is so big and so graceful that u will never know what He does for you.
Put it this way, if ur results were better than u expected, its God's grace.
If ur results were as bad as u expect it to be cuz of ur mistake, hey, u deserve it.
Either way, ur not losing.
Trust Him and you will be able to experience the amazing things that Jesus can do.

Yes, I'm talking to you.
You know that.
So cheer up.
